The jewellery is animal and horse themed in 9ct and 18ct gold, often set with stones in the eyes of the animals. Rubies sapphires and emeralds are used to enhance the features of the horses and wildlife; foxes, leopards and cheetahs have ruby eyes, and cats are set with emeralds. Sapphires rubies and emeralds are also used in conjunction with diamonds in horseshoe rings, while there are several horseshoe pendants set entirely with diamonds in 18ct white gold. The larger horsehead brooches often have round cabochon sapphire eyes to give a realistic natural effect.
